Johnson
Vastly improved and making me eat my words.

He seems to have bulked a bit as well.

Maturing nicely. Still the odd stray pass but I think heโ€™s first choice now and will develop into a great player

Re: Johnson
Should be in the England U21 squad.

But glad he isn't.

Re: Johnson
Thought first half Mane was getting alot of joy out of him but he was much better in the 2nd. Has stepped up this season and been superb

Re: Johnson
Johnson is doing a good enough job to keep Coufal out. That is high praise indeed and IMHO he is worth it.

Ashby has the potential to be better,he's come back from injury really well, always a good sign.
Hopefully will get some minutes soon. A nice FA Cup 3rd round game could see him play.
Sell Fredericks to make way in the squad.

Good to see Johnson getting in shooting positions, his confidence is growing with every game

Manuel 1:29 Mon Nov 8
Re: Johnson
Thankfully Fredericks is in his last year. Even if he went in Jan we'd be lucky to get a couple of tracksuits for him.

Re: Johnson
We have three quality fullbacks, one who can play on either side.

Only problem is they're all good enough to reasonably expect to play.

If handled right, it's a nice problem to have.

Re: Johnson
gph, we're in enough competitions for all of them to get game time at the moment thankfully.

Johnson does need to improve in some areas, he often sits off the attackers allowing crosses into the box, needs to work on that.

Manuel 2:13 Mon Nov 8
Re: Johnson
He was always tipped to make it by his coaches. Has been a huge positive to add to the season already, and he will only get better.

Re: Johnson
He is our best choice at replacement left back too, keep Arthur for coming off the bench or playing left midfield in the cups

Tomshardware 2:18 Mon Nov 8
Re: Johnson
Agree with Lard, Coufal has been superb for us but Johnson has took his chance and is rightfully keeping his place in the tea m.

Re: Johnson
Getting played in his best position helps. Stuck out wide before.

Re: Johnson
I hope you're talking about Ashby,Coufal and Johnson.
The word quality does not apply to Fredericks by any stretch. Unless the amount of time he on the treatment table. Same applies to Masuaku.
